Joint Venture Transition Lead Controller Location Westminster, CO :

AGCO is seeking a Joint Venture Controller to join an exciting new Joint Venture between AGCO and Trimble ("JV" herein). The position will be in Westminster, CO ; reporting to the Corporate JV Controller Transition Lead.

The Joint Venture Controller's primary responsibility is to assist the Corporate JV Controller Transition Lead in ensuring the accounting function of the JV is established and operational at the commencement of the JV. This includes overseeing the accounting practices, SOX controls, and general accounting policy for the JV, which includes assurance that the general ledger is in accordance with US GAAP.

The Joint Venture Controller will be a key member of the JV Finance team and be instrumental in establishing accounting processes for the JV. The Joint Venture Controller will also work closely with local functional teams, site operations, and other regions.

Your Impact

• Responsible for establishing efficient and effective accounting processes for the JV
• Ensure accurate JV financials in accordance with US GAAP
• Ensure SOX controls are designed and operating effectively
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly and annual close processes
• Provide meaningful analysis and support for ad hoc requests, projects and other duties as requested by the VP of Finance

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and CPA required (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of work experience in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of management/supervisory experience
• Software and subscription revenue recognition experience preferred
• Working knowledge of SAP and OneStream are preferred
