Job Description

Primary Purpose: Systems Administrator - End User Computing Services is a key leadership role within the IT Infrastructure organization, responsible for solutions that enable all employees to be productive through user-centric services. The role involves developing an end user computing services team, defining procedures, setting service standards, and establishing SLAs. It requires a self-starter with strong technical skills, customer service focus, and a drive for continuous improvement and global support optimization. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team managing, provisioning, and securing FOCO’s end user devices, including laptops, PCs, and mobile devices.
  • Support collaboration technologies such as email, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, and video conferencing.
  • Collaborate with the Service Desk on incident and request tickets, utilizing data and metrics for decision-making.
  • Generate reports on service performance and quality for IT leadership.
  • Enhance user awareness of IT services through training, documentation, and communication initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM processes.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Apple (iOS/iPadOS & MacOS) hardware and OS.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Teams, Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Experience with device management technologies like Microsoft Intune, SCCM, Workspace ONE, JAMF.
  • Knowledge of VDI solutions such as VMware Horizon View or Windows 365 Azure Desktops.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Zendesk, Asana.
  • Ability to lead global teams and manage external service providers.
  • Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4+ years managing Endpoint Devices
  • Knowledge of IT systems
  • Experience in retail/eCommerce or remote workforce environments is a plus.
