We are seeking a passionate and driven Junior Design Sales Associate to join our award-winning Landscape Division. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to learn from the best in the business, working closely with a mentor to master all aspects of Design Sales. What You'll Do as a Junior Landscape Design Sales Associate:

• Hands-On Learning: Shadow our award-winning design team to gain comprehensive knowledge of the Design/Sales role at Homestead Gardens.
• Skill Development: Master the process of site consultations, base plans, takeoffs, and estimates.
• Client Engagement: Prepare documents for customer presentations and ensure a top-notch client experience.

What You'll Bring:

• Passion for Learning: A genuine excitement to learn, grow, and develop in a dynamic, supportive environment.
• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Design is preferred, or three to five years of related experience.
• Availability: Must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, with occasional Saturdays during busy seasons.
