\nMIKEL Inc., a woman-owned small business specializing in undersea warfare solutions for the U.S. Navy, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to lead emergent and complex research, development, and acquisition efforts in support of the U.S. Navy's undersea warfare systems. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, oversee technical execution, and ensure timely delivery of mission-critical capabilities.
