Landscape Designer I, Planning / Landscape Architecture

Halff is seeking to hire a Landscape Designer for our Richardson, TX office. The position will be for a Landscape Designer assisting with all phases of public and private sector projects from field reviews through design development, construction plans, and post-design services. What you will do:

• Landscape architectural and planning project support
• Work directly with landscape architects, civil engineers, surveyors, project managers and contractors
• Participate in site inventory and analysis
• Assist with project research and data compilation to be used in design process
• Produce conceptual site planning and graphics (hand and digital), schematic/preliminary design plans and graphics, design development and construction document plans and details

What you will need:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from an accredited institution
• Experience in Sketchup and Lumion is preferred
• Well organized, detail oriented, and highly motivated
• Ability to travel periodically primarily in state to support project needs
