Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to work with our team on marketing efforts. The ideal fit will be a marketing “Swiss Army Knife” who can handle many marketing functions.

Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, revising and posting social media content and pre-written blog posts daily.
• Reviewing, revising and creating a landing page for a monthly downloadable e-guide.
• Reviewing, revising and scheduling email campaigns.
• Reviewing and revising a monthly printed and email-based newsletter letter.
• Managing a monthly marketing campaign, which includes:
  • Identifying target prospects in CRM.
  • Reviewing and revising printed postcards to mailing.
• Editing and posting training/promotional videos to our YouTube Channel.

Marketing Coordinator Skills:

• Experience or training in business-to-business marketing.
• Possess excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital editing tools, Canva, Photoshop, Acrobat DC and Premiere Rush
• A motivated and outgoing personality.

Education, Experience and Trait Requirements:

• Diploma in Creative Communications specializing in Advertising & Marketing Communications or Business Administration with a Marketing Major.
