If you are trained and board certified/board eligible in family medicine (FM), emergency medicine (EM), or internal medicine (IM)/pediatrics with leadership experience, you will make the perfect fit.

As Facility Medical Director (FMD), you will lead the strong, collegial team at Baptist Memorial Hospital to success in providing high quality care to every patient. You will also enjoy autonomy and control over your schedule. The EM is staffed with physicians and advanced practice clinicians, creating a supportive work environment allowing you to provide excellent care and leadership.
