Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) A Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) is needed in the Medical-Surgical Unit in Panama City, FL.

Salary and Benefits - Salary Range: $27.72 - $39.60 (15+ years depending on experience)
- If you have CNA, LPN, Surg Tech, or Paramedic experience, it will count toward your RN experience
- Days (Rotating Weekends)

- Shift Differential: $4.00 (Nights)
- Sign-on Bonus: $15,000 paid over 2 years

Responsibilities - Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
- Monitor, assess, and record patient symptoms, reactions, and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care plans
- Provide patient and family education on conditions, medications, and post-discharge care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system
Requirements - Current FL RN License or compact licensure (must obtain FL license within 90 days if using compact)
- Current BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing (ASN required; BSN preferred)
- 1 year of acute care Med Surg experience preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, bending, and patient movement
