NATIONAL MARKETING MANAGER
A Day in the Life:
The National Marketing Manager is responsible for managing CIP’s marketing function and related team members. This position creates and implements innovative marketing strategies that drive awareness, interest, and demand for CIP’s unique and specialized programs and services for young adults with autism and learning differences. The National Marketing Manager is a remote full-time exempt position who reports to the President.
This position operates in a highly scheduled environment but may require longer hours and occasional weekend work and travel as job duties demand. The National Marketing Manager position involves a low physical demand.
All the Responsibilities We’ll Trust You With:
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists, including content marketing, digital marketing, and graphic design
Provide guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Ensure effective collaboration and communication within the team and with other departments.
Campaign Development & Execution:
Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns to attract and convert potential families.
Utilize advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, PPC, and other marketing tactics to drive lead generation.
Create compelling offers and calls to action that drive conversions.
Lead Nurturing & Management:
Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects and move them through the marketing funnel.
Work closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless handoff of qualified leads.
Track and analyze lead conversion rates and adjust strategies as needed to improve performance.
Marketing Automation & CRM Management:
Set up and manage marketing automation workflows in platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Ensure accurate tracking of lead data and campaign performance.
Content Strategy & Development:
Collaborate with the content team to create targeted content that supports demand generation efforts.
Optimize CIP’s website content and online advertising campaigns for better search engine rankings and user experience.
Develop landing pages, whitepapers, webinars, and other content assets to capture and nurture leads.
Website Management & SEO Optimization:
Oversee website updates and maintenance to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility.
Manage Google Ads campaigns, including keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance monitoring.
Track and report on website traffic, user behavior, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Performance Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor and report on key demand generation metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and ROI.
Use analytics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Provide regular updates and insights to the marketing and admissions teams.

Qualities You Possess:
The National Marketing Manager will possess exceptional communication skills, precise attention to detail, superior organization and prioritization skills and self-motivation in managing tasks to completion. They will have genuine empathy and awareness of the needs and sensitivities of prospective families, students, and staff.
Your Areas of Knowledge and Expertise:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Advanced technical skills with SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM.
Strong leadership and project management skills.
Passion for CIP’s mission and working with young adults with Autism and Learning Differences.
Active Drivers License is required.
Experience with demand generation in the private education sector.
Familiarity with content marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising best practices.
Knowledge of Learning Differences and/or Autism Spectrum.
