We are looking to hire an Office Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and HR activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff in 2 locations
  • Manage staff time off schedules
  • Plan and maintain facilities contracts
  • Handle payroll and all tax reports
  • Manage all IT tickets
  • Order all supplies
  • Handle accounts payable and receivables

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Finance Experience
