Job Description

Oxford Solutions is working with an engineering client seeking a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional (CPRP) to join our team as a Project Manager. This role will focus on managing Municipal Infrastructure and Parks & Recreation projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in planning, coordinating, and delivering projects that enhance community spaces and facilities.

Essential Duties

Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline requirements.

Collaborate with municipal stakeholders, landscape architects, engineers, and contractors to plan and execute projects.

Prepare project schedules, reports, and budgets, and maintain open communication with clients and team members.

Conduct site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Facilitate public meetings and presentations to gather community input and keep stakeholders informed.

Requirements

CPRP (Certified Parks and Recreation Professional) certification is required.

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Parks and Recreation, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on Municipal Infrastructure and Parks & Recreation projects.

Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in project management software and tools.
