The position involves managing site Machine Arrival Inspection (MAI) quality improvement activities to enhance the quality of manufactured and delivered products. This includes using MAI results to guide site teams and ensure products are correctly assembled and adjusted before shipment.

Your Impact

• Implement and ensure site compliance with MAI systems, tools, and processes. Coach site teams to improve performance by analyzing TACR and MAI feedback on shipped products.
• Manage submitted MAI and Tech Connect cases related to assembly, quality, and logistics issues; disseminate information to relevant team members. Use tools to identify trends, resolve problems, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Product Problem Resolution activities, especially if related to manufacturing quality. Collaborate with Customer Support to improve MAI processes with the distribution network.
• Coordinate with Assembly Centers and external partners involved in machine inspections and readiness, especially for incoming machines at ports or regions.
• Travel locally and internationally to dealer locations to perform MAI processes, evaluate effectiveness, and drive process and product improvements.

Your Experience and Qualifications

• College Degree (minimum undergraduate).
• At least 3 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or aftersales/technical environments.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to leverage data from global tools, reports, and dealer feedback for improvements.
• Experience in problem resolution and using quality tools to implement solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for internal teams and external dealer/customer interactions.
