About the Role

Applicants for the Campus President position at the company must have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for an advanced degree, and at least 4 years' experience as a Campus President within a proprietary college. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in fostering a team-oriented culture, strong leadership skills, and a solid understanding of strategic concepts. Experience in startup environments and skilled trades is advantageous. The ideal candidate will be adept at driving results, developing competitive strategies, and aligning the organization with the local business community. The Campus President will be a key figure in ensuring the institution's fiscal robustness and academic excellence through both short-term actions and long-term strategic planning.
