Production Manager

Location: St. George, Utah
Salary: $75,000 – $83,000 per year
Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Job Summary

We are looking for a Production Manager to lead daily operations in a large-format printing and fabrication environment. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience managing production teams, schedules, and quality control in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily production activities, including printing, finishing, and fabrication.
• Create and adjust production schedules to meet deadlines and project priorities.
• Supervise production staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Ensure consistent quality control and maintain efficient workflow.
• Work closely with design and fabrication teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in production management within printing, signage, or fabrication industries.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Experience managing production schedules and teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of large-format printing materials, equipment, and finishing processes.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: $75,000 – $83,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
