Job Description :
The Real Estate Analyst position is a full-time professional position in our practice. The position is available in our Honolulu office and the ideal candidate would reside in Honolulu County.
Duties include market data research (on-line and field), assistance in creating financial models, participating in site inspections, interviewing property owners and real estate brokers, analyzing zoning and other land use controls, analyzing tenant leases, reviewing other legal documents and third-party reports, and ultimately narrative report writing.
