Join our dynamic Med Surg team caring for a wide variety of patients. You'll collaborate with Aurora Physicians across specialties to deliver safe, therapeutic, and evidence-based care. Responsibilities include:
- Assessing patient needs and implementing individualized care plans.
- Coordinating discharge planning and patient education.
- Promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Requirements: Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: - Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and
- Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).
Education Required: - Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.
Experience Required: - Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing but new grads welcome to apply
Certification Addendum: - Team members will maintain annual educational requirements for hospital based certifications (e.g. DNV, CARF or others)
