Position Title- IT Release Manager
5+ years of experience in IT release management, project management, or DevOps roles.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), CI/CD pipelines, and ITIL frameworks.
Experience with release management tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, or similar.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Preferred Skills:
ITIL or PMP certification is a plus.
Experience in regulated industries (e.g., banking and finance, healthcare) preferred.
