Remedy is pleased to work with many of the finest companies in the Corridor. Our client is an internationally known logistics provider. For this work location they need a Packaging Department Assistant Lead is responsible for ensuring the work for each table is completed accurately and on time as well as quotas met for the daily build. This opportunity is on Day Shift, hours are 7am – 3:30pm. Monday – Friday. Pay is $17.75 per hour. The Packaging Department Assistant Supervisor is a physical job, in addition to assisting the Floor Supervisor, you would be responsible for replenishing product and materials for each table build. Therefore you must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Job Duties Include: Ensure all products and materials correct for that day’s build as well as correct quantities. Refill product and materials for lines as needed. Ensure all associates are staying on task. Assist the Supervisor in troubleshooting issues, implementing processes, and keeping . Ensure status board is filled out completely. Ensure all completed paperwork is turned into the Supervisor or Manager. Ensure all left over material or product is staged on a separate pallet and placed behind build table. Ensure all cardboard is placed on a pallet and neatly stacked in the cardboard trailer. Ensure all plastic is disposed of in the plastic baler. Ensure entire area is swept up and all trash emptied. Assist Supervisor with other tasks as assigned. Packaging Department Assistant Supervisor minimum requirements: Previous supervisory experience is preferred. Above average written and oral communication skills. Ability to follow written and oral instructions to complete daily tasks. Must have basic mathematics skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. #J-18808-Ljbffr Remedy Intelligent Staffing
