Job Description

• As the Sales VP for Student Selection , you will be responsible for overseeing our admissions and student selection process, ensuring we meet our targets for bringing high-quality students into our programs. This role is critical to the success of our mission, requiring a leader who can set the tone for the team, inspire performance, and manage every aspect of the department with clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Lead by example, set the pace for the team, and manage every aspect of the department to meet quarterly and yearly targets.
• Vision & Motivation: Communicate the company vision and mission to your team daily, creating a positive and motivated work environment.
• Training & Coaching: Establish a clear training program and personally coach every team member. Develop scripts, analyze performance, and make improvements as needed.
• Accountability: Set clear expectations for every team member. Track and verify performance metrics rigorously.
• Communication: Ensure consistent, clear communication throughout the department and the executive team.
• Problem Solving: Swiftly identify and solve issues and remove barriers that are standing in the way of your team or departmental progress.
• Professional Growth: Dedicate 4 hours per week to professional development. Build and leverage a network of mentors and take responsibility for mentoring others.

Schedule

• Day shift 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
