Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for potential clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating conversations with prospective clients, and setting appointments for our sales team. Your passion for technology and startups, combined with your excellent communication skills, will be key in helping us expand our client base and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting:
  • Research and identify potential startup clients who could benefit from our web and mobile app development services.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Client Engagement:
  • Initiate meaningful conversations with prospects to understand their challenges and needs.
  • Clearly articulate how EZ Innovation’s solutions can help startups build, scale, and optimize their digital products.
  • Pipeline Management:
  • Qualify leads based on defined criteria and manage prospects through our CRM system.
  • Schedule appointments and follow-up meetings for the sales team.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align on messaging and campaign strategies.
  • Provide regular feedback on lead quality and market trends to help refine our outreach efforts.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and appointment setting targets.



Qualifications
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role; experience in the technology or software development industry is a plus.
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • A genuine passion for startups and innovative technology solutions.
