Senior Financial Analyst - 100% Remote - Atlanta, Dallas, Houston

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and Review Financial Data: Manage and analyze lease accounting records and supporting data to provide insights and additional metrics for comprehensive data analysis.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the development and preparation of the annual budget and monthly financial forecasts.
• Operational Analysis: Provide detailed analysis and insights into company operations to identify opportunities for increased profitability.
• Reporting: Prepare ad-hoc reports and other financial documents as required by management.
• Process Efficiency: Identify and implement best practices to enhance efficiency within the financial reporting process.
• Confidentiality: Safeguard the organization’s value by maintaining the confidentiality of financial and operational information.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct variance analysis on a monthly and ad-hoc basis to monitor financial performance and identify trends.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with departmental policies and procedures in all financial activities and reporting.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Five plus years of experience in Accounting or Finance forecasting, budgeting, performing financial analysis, financial modeling, allocating expenses, and preparing financial statements.
