\nKelly is currently seeking a Senior IT Recruiter specializing in Data Analyst and similar roles for a Leading Healthcare Client. This role requires an understanding of IT, though you don't need to be an expert. This is a hybrid position with expectations of being in the office two (2) days a week and remote on Fridays.
\n
\n Snapshot: 
\nGreat opportunity with an excellent healthcare client
\nPay: $30-48/hour depending on experience 
\nM-F 8am to 5pm
\nOn-site two days a week, remote work on Friday
\nTemporary (with the possibility of extension or permanent hire)

\n\n Role Overview: The Recruiter will consult with internal business groups and provide full life cycle recruiting to find, attract, and hire diverse, innovative talent for the company while delivering a "best in class" recruiting experience. We strive to provide excellent experiences not only for the candidates going through our process but also for the managers we support.\n\n Responsibilities: \n\n

\n\t
• Actively influence and advise hiring managers by applying organizational knowledge and labor market expertise to staffing decisions.\n\t
• Utilize advanced sourcing skills to identify and attract diverse talent for open roles.\n\t
• Champion diversity efforts by engaging with internal and external groups to ensure diverse candidate slates and coaching hiring managers to eliminate bias in hiring decisions.\n\t
• Advocate for candidates, encouraging managers to prioritize values and transferable skills.\n\t
• Translate business needs into a sourcing strategy that meets current requirements and drives the creation of targeted talent pipelines for future needs, ensuring diverse candidate pools.\n\t
• Conduct initial candidate interviews, providing a positive experience and thorough assessment.\n

\n\nRequirements:\n\n

\n\t
• 5+ years’ experience in recruiting, with a strong focus on sourcing and attracting diverse talent.\n\t
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.\n\t
• Ability to influence and coach hiring managers through the recruitment process.\n\t
• Strong understanding of labor markets and organizational needs.\n\t
• Commitment to championing diversity and eliminating bias in hiring decisions.\n\t
• Proficiency in conducting initial candidate interviews and assessments.\n

\n\nPreferred:\n\n

\n\t
• Experience recruiting for a variety of corporate positions including, Product roles, Data & Analytics.\n\t
• Experience with Workday (not required, but helpful).\n
