In this role, you’ll lead our web development and UX team, oversee all client-facing digital work, and manage our agency’s internal technology needs. Qualifications We’re looking for a Senior Web Development Manager with proven experience overseeing both web development projects. You will guide a talented team of three developers/designers, collaborate across departments, and ensure that client deliverables and internal operations run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on problem solver—comfortable balancing client-facing digital leadership with practical technology management.
