Location: Nashville, TennesseeJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $35 - 40 per hourWe’re seeking a highly motivated and strategic Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced creative team. In this role, you’ll provide high-level design support across a range of initiatives, from paid media campaigns and marketing efforts to events and special projects. You’ll be responsible for turning business requirements into smart, effective design solutions—analyzing needs, creating concepts, and executing polished deliverables with minimal supervision. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in an on-demand environment and is committed to delivering exceptional work on deadline. If you’re ready to take on impactful design projects and help shape visual communications at a high level, we’d love to connect with you.Responsibilities:General Responsibilities: Maintain graphic design standards and subsequently ensure that the work adheres to a high level of excellence. Adhere to design resources, guidelines and best practices for the organization. Collaborate on design projects with teammates and other business partners. Assist with design projects from concept to completion, development, QA, and implementation. Adept at using creative briefs and discussing concepts with clients and managers. Strong design style, including creative design solutions. Must be an expansive and creative thinker with proven ideation and conceptual skills. Solid understanding of client deliverables and the ability to take responsibility for them. Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills Assist vendors, development teams or the business when appropriate. Stay current with design industry trends and be proficient with basic design principles. Follow guidelines for file organization and naming conventions. Able to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities and meet deadlines. Able to work independently to problem solve while also working with a team for collaboration. Qualifications: College graduate, or equivalent experience, with 5-7 years of graphic design experience. Link to a digital portfolio required. Design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
