Key responsibilities include overseeing the digital integration between physical store locations and online presence, devising cutting-edge methods to engage with local communities through digital and media channels, and leading audience development for targeted campaigns. The role serves as a center of excellence for campaign results and analysis, and acts as a vital liaison between media, local marketing/DTC, sales, and digital teams to orchestrate seamless omnichannel consumer journeys that benefit both the Line of Business and Authorized Retailers.Job Responsibilities:Digital Programs:Spearhead the integration of offline and online marketing and sales initiatives at the local level and own all local digital programs including calendarConduct in-depth customer journey analysis to optimize the consumer experienceBrief digital and DTC channels on campaignsOversee and maintain the customization of store-level dealer pagesDevelop and maintain Authorized Retailer digital toolkits Innovation & Audiences:Identify and implement innovative hyperlocal media tacticsVet new tactics and vendors for both internal campaigns and cooperative initiativesProvide audience targeting to media agencies and vendors to optimize campaign reachLead development of audiences for contextual and segmented campaigns for local and DTC in partnership with CRMCampaign Insights & Analysis:Conduct and publish regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly) results and insights for ongoing campaigns, tracking key performance indicatorsMeasure and analyze the contributions of online and offline tactics to campaign resultsEducation:Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field of study; Master's/Advanced degree preferredWork Experience:7+ years of marketing experience or equivalentSolid understanding of digital marketing and experience including web/ecommerce, media, social, paid search, e-mail, attribution, optimization, etc.Experience in data driven marketing techniques and media is essentialExceptional experience applying consumer insights to improve campaign targeting, delivery, performance, etc.Retail marketing experience a plusMastery of ExcelKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:Team Building (Required)Coaching (Required)Negotiation (Required)Marketing Strategy (Required)Communication (Required)Presentations (Required)• At least 18 years of age• Legally authorized to work in the United StatesTravel:Travel Required (Yes/No):NoDOT Regulated:DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):NoSafety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):NoBase Pay Range: $107,900 - $194,600Corporate Bonus Target: 20%The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
