Now Leasing for a Brand-New Student Housing Community Opening August 2026

We’re looking for a motivated Leasing Manager to join the team at Axis on Futrall, XFD Real Estate’s newest student housing development serving University of Arkansas students. This is an exciting opportunity to help lead the lease-up for a brand-new community in Fayetteville!

About the Role:

As Leasing Manager, you’ll take the lead in driving leasing performance, brand awareness, and team success from our offsite leasing office on Dickson Street. You’ll train, motivate, and guide our Leasing Consultants to hit occupancy goals while creating an exceptional experience for every prospect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the leasing team to achieve occupancy goals
• Execute marketing and outreach strategies to build brand presence on and off campus
• Manage CRM and reporting tools to track traffic, conversions, and performance
• Conduct property tours and assist with the leasing process as needed
• Partner with the corporate marketing and operations teams to implement campaigns and promotions
• Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to all leasing policies
• Represent Axis on Futrall with professionalism and enthusiasm in the community

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in student housing, leasing, or property management preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven
• Proficiency in CRM or property management software (Entrata experience a plus)
• Passion for sales, team development, and creating a strong community culture
