This role is responsible for all supply chain activities related to the support of external manufacturing as defined in the Global Contract Manufacturing Standards where Manufacturing is responsible for Supply Chain management.
This role is the process expert for the step(s) of the product(s) and process(es) for each contract manufacturing relationship in North and South America.
The role acts as Process expert for Supply Chain for one or more CM relationships. The role is a member of the Joint Process Team (JPT) and has responsibility for the oversight across the supply chain for supply of Lilly products from the CM. The Supply Chain Representative is responsible, in line with OSSCE standards, for forecast, planning, capacity management, order management and supply of product and sharing information with key stakeholders. A keen understanding of Lilly Supply Chain processes and systems is needed.
