YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the essential conduit, harmonizing policies and procedures between the Army National guard and active-duty forces. Orchestrate joint training initiatives and mobilizations, promoting unified and effective mission execution. Manage resource distribution and personnel deployment to sustain optimal operational preparedness. Lead coordinated emergency response efforts, partnering with civil authorities during national crises. Offer expert guidance on regulatory and logistical matters, shaping impactful policy decisions. Ensure compliance with operational directives and training standards, upholding excellence across all units. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma or equivalent: Bachelor's degree in military science, homeland security, or related field preferred. Minimum five (5) of years in military service (Reserve, Guard, or Active Duty) with a focus on operations or logistics. Active Secret clearance is required. Active Top-Secret clearance is preferred. FEMA Incident Command System Training certificate. Professional Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus. What You Will Bring : Expertise with program analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights to diverse audiences. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
