The primary purpose of this position is to provide full service support to the Employee Resource Center (ERC) as well as ancillary TMS support as needed by the Employee Education Department. Major Duties: Provide full oversight and management of the Employee Resource Center (ERC) to ensure effective operation of all hosted activities Maintain, set up, and tear down classroom furniture, equipment and supplies for all hosted activities. Responsible for inventory, maintenance, check-out, and storage of all classroom supplies and laptops. Responsible for the upkeep of the classrooms, to include coordinating cleaning and entering work orders for room repairs. Manage all classroom reservations and the facility-wide room reservation software. Provide technical support for all classroom equipment, including TVs, projectors, DVD players, Smart Boards, videoconferencing equipment etc. Troubleshoot equipment issues and make equipment adjustments and repairs. Responsible for providing TMS Help Desk support and becoming a TMS administrator. Provide support for educational activities that enhance the Employee Education training programs. Perform additional duties as assigned to include purchase card holder, NEO assistance, and eTTR assistance.
