Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an Interventional Technologist for a Cardiac Cath Lab assignment requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and EPIC EMR proficiency.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

• Position is in a cardiac catheterization lab setting
• Rotating 4x10 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with call required
• 13-week contract assignment
• EMR is Epic; training provided during orientation or proficiency testing available
• Must participate in call coverage as scheduled
• A minimum of 2 major holidays must be worked during the assignment
• No local candidates; must reside at least 60 miles from the facility
• No blocked scheduling allowed
• A 13-week break is required for returning travelers after contract completion
• Requested time off must be submitted at time of consideration; missed time will not be added to the end of the contract
• KRONOS is used for timekeeping

\n \n Requirements\n

• Minimum of 2 years of cath lab or interventional technologist experience required
• Active license required if applicable
• Certifications must be American Heart Association (AHA) approved
• Experience with Epic EMR is required or candidate must be willing to train during orientation
