Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and meet their needs, and express genuine appreciation.
• Follow the hotels policies, procedures, internal rules, and standards in all tasks.
• Stay informed about daily hotel operations by reviewing event sheets, bulletin boards, and updates on new procedures or events.
• Collect numbered tags from customers, locate and deliver vehicles, or provide directions for self-pickup.
• Issue ticket stubs, place numbered tags on windshields or keys, record details, and provide customers with matching tags for vehicle retrieval.
• Manage cash transactions, balance cash drawers, handle tips, and provide correct change.
• Explain and calculate parking charges, collect fees, and address customer complaints.
• Park and retrieve cars efficiently and safely.
• Provide information such as directions or assistance with wheelchairs.
• Set up and remove barricades to control parking areas.
• Follow all company safety policies, report any accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Complete required safety training.
• Maintain positive relationships with coworkers.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
• Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications

• Customer service oriented.
• Valid drivers license.
• Ability to run up and down stairs continuously and stand in position for a prolonged period.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds regularly and continuously, push and pull carts/equipment weighing up to 250 pounds.
• Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stretch.
• Ability to withstand hot/humid temperatures while performing physical tasks.
• Capable of handling difficult situations effectively.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently, especially under pressure.
• Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Full bilingual (Spanish and English).
