Job Description
Vice President of Finance
We're a mission-driven company supporting independent Medicare brokers to build thriving businesses. While Medicare beneficiaries often choose benefits with the guidance of brokers, the resources available to them are frequently outdated. That's where we step in, providing brokers with the tools, workflows, and support to drive impactful growth and success. Over the past four years, we've partnered with over 5,000 brokers and helped enroll over 100,000 beneficiaries, achieving impressive milestones along the way. With a client retention rate of 93% and an NPS of 91, we're proud of the strong connections we've built with our brokers. Our remote-first team, composed of talent from leading tech, healthcare, and insurance companies, has expanded from 40 to 70 in the last year, and we're backed by a recent Series B investment.
We're looking for a sharp, empathetic Vice President of Finance to lead our financial strategy, planning, and operations. As an essential member of our senior leadership team, you'll bring expertise in financial governance, cash management, and financial planning and analysis. This role will involve managing investor relations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and leading a team of finance professionals dedicated to operational excellence.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
Experience: 10+ years in finance, with 3+ years in a leadership role, ideally within a growth-stage company.
