The Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking and packing orders, printing labels, inspecting products, and utilizing equipment to prepare products for shipping and receiving. The associate will work to meet customer needs and ensure that all products are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and kit products for shipping.
• Print and apply labels for outgoing shipments.
• Inspect products for accuracy and quality before packing.
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed to complete tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Meet daily production goals and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to all safety and operational guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of six months of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and order processing.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
• Excellent attendance record required.

Compensation and Work Schedule:

• Pay Rates:
  • 1st Shift: $18.00 per hour + overtime
  • 2nd Shift: $20.00 per hour + overtime
• Location: Jeffersonville, IN
• Attendance: Excellent attendance required.
