The Licensed Clinical Psychologist will report to the Director of Behavioral Health, collaborating closely with other clinical psychologists, licensed social workers, and psychiatry specialists. The Behavioral Health Unit provides critical outpatient and crisis intervention services to a diverse patient population. The Adult Clinical Psychologist will support high caseloads, working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative unit alongside skilled psychiatrists, licensed therapists, and care coordinators, all dedicated to the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient-centered care.
In this role, the Licensed Clinical Psychologist will guide clinical treatment, develop individualized care plans, and support patients and their families in understanding treatment regimens. The Licensed Adult Psychologist will also be responsible for diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, and will play a key role in program development, quality improvement, and patient education initiatives.
