Job Description
Hi there,
I am looking for a full-time (830 AM to 5 PM, in-office, M through F) project manager who can meticulously coordinate my vision while amplifying my time. You will be helping to manage three projects, including: (1) development of an app, (2) helping to coordinate materials and building of an executive wellness program for a financial firm, and (3) coordinating the development of an interview process for candidate hiring that involves daily coordination with an external HR team. I need you to be able to work with great precision, have at least a college degree but master's level is preferred, and a desire to 10X my workflow with your expert style of managing the ongoing details of these projects so I can focus on seeing patients.
Ideal attributes: Precise, organized, highly professional style of communication with external vendors, 5+ experience coordinating or leading projects that have led to successful outcomes.
