As a Head Fitness Coach you can expect to perform the following duties: - Leading and motivating members through pre-defined workouts
- Making sure members are using the correct form and offering corrections if they arent
- Understanding the science behind our workouts specifically, heart-rate focused training programs in general and being aware of what the competition is doing
- Knowing how to use and demonstrate usage for every piece of equipment utilized in every workout
- Being a team player
- Responsible for managing all aspects of the OTF fitness staff using the OTF business model.
- Hires, trains and educates new OTF group personal coaches for success using OTF business model.
- Leads/instructs a minimum of 10 OTF training sessions per week including weekends if needed or instructed by your Studio Manager
- Designates at least 15 hours per week outside of classes coached to in-studio and administrative tasks
Additionally, youll need to meet these requirements: - Hold and maintain a current fitness certification from an education company approved by Orangetheory Fitness
- Be AED/CPR certified
