Description

Job Description: As a Marketing Assistant at XTalk Prep, you will support the marketing team in executing various strategies and campaigns. This role involves assisting in the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to enhance our brand visibility and drive client engagement. You will play a key role in coordinating marketing activities, conducting research, and creating content that resonates with our target audience.


Key Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, social media).
• Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, blogs, and other marketing materials.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate events, promotions, and marketing activities.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain the marketing database and assist in managing contact lists.
• Support administrative tasks related to marketing projects and initiatives.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing or a related role (internships included).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Mailchimp).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
