Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Glendale, AZ is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to support students on a contract basis for the current school year (CSY). This role involves working closely with two students to facilitate their physical development and help them achieve their educational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the individual needs of two students.
• Collaborate with educational staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom setting.
• Track and document therapy hours and progress, ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Adapt therapy plans to accommodate various grade levels and learning environments.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
• Ability to work effectively with children of multiple grade levels.
• Proven skills in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans.
• Strong organizational skills for managing a manageable caseload and gathering accurate weekly hours.

Location:

• Glendale, Arizona, serving students in a K-12 school setting.
