Experienced Stylist + Emerging Leader | Moxie Salon & Beauty Bar – Brentwood, TN

Pay: $22–$24/hr +  tips + performance bonuses
Schedule: 30–40 hours/week (weekend & evening availability required)
Job Type: Full-time (or possibly Part-time)
Location: In-person, Brentwood, TN

What You’ll Do

Behind the Chair:

• Deliver exceptional services — cuts, color, styling, keratin, and extensions (K-tip, weft, I-tip)
• Consult with clients to understand goals and recommend personalized solutions
• Create memorable experiences that keep clients coming back
• Promote memberships, retail, and add-on services with authenticity and enthusiasm

As a Team Leader:

• Lead by example during daily team huddles and service flow
• Motivate and coach stylists to hit goals and elevate performance
• Track KPIs, support sales reporting, and ensure smooth daily operations
• Uphold brand standards, salon policies, and a culture of excellence
• Maintain salon organization, cleanliness, and readiness for every client
• Meetings with owners, corporate teams, and other managers

Who You Are

• Licensed Tennessee Cosmetologist (Required)
• 5+ years of professional salon experience (preferably high-end or fast-paced)
• Confident across a wide range of services, from color to extensions to men's cuts
• Natural team motivator with leadership experience (shift lead, educator, or assistant manager)
• Excellent communicator with strong time management and client service skills
• Professional, reliable, and passionate about helping others shine
