About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX Researcher to help kickstart and lead our UX research initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to build and shape the user research function from the ground up at a growing, tech-forward company.

The ideal candidate brings a passion for user advocacy, a strategic mindset, and hands-on experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research across digital products. You'll collaborate closely with product, design, engineering, and analytics teams to create seamless, data-driven experiences that delight our users.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale a UX research practice aligned with business and product strategy.
• Design and execute end-to-end research using a mix of methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing, diary studies, etc.).
• Advocate for user needs by delivering actionable insights to product, design, and leadership teams.
