Job Description
Beverage Consultants are responsible for delivering results through the daily sales and marketing of products to a variety of potential and current customers. They are required to meet and exceed designated sales and service goals.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
? Responsible for meeting and exceeding new customer and current customer sales quotas.
? Must be highly organized & and able to plan daily sales routes.
? Responsible for completing the amount of cold calls assigned daily in order to achieve personal and company growth goals.
? Responsible for following up on all leads gained through cold calls in a timely manner.
? Responsible for visiting and placing orders for ALL assigned customers weekly or otherwise requested by the customer.
? Responsible for organizing and conducting events to increase sales, gain product recognition and improve customer relationships.
? Must have the ability to deliver effective sales presentations
? Responsible for developing productive business relationships with all customers while understanding and supporting their product and service needs.
? Responsible for attending all company meetings and trainings, including beyond working hours, as well as maintaining a working knowledge of all company products and vendors.
? Responsible for maintaining detailed sales, marketing and merchandising records of all customers/prospects in order to use them while planning sales calls.
? Responsible for growing market share in designated areas.
? Responsible for staying up to date on market trends.
? Responsible for communicating with management in a timely fashion on all sales related issues.
? Responsible for obtaining, securing and delivering all payments rendered by customers
? Understands and complies with all State and Federal regulations regarding the sale and promotion of assigned products.
? Must have a reliable vehicle or agree to properly maintain a company vehicle, if eligible.
? May be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned.
? Must be eligible to acquire a Indiana ATC Salesman Permit.
Education & Experience Requirements:
? Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
? 1 -2 Years route/outside sales or retail sales experience
