Refresh the iconic Scoma’s brand and raise awareness for the restaurant’s
50th anniversary.
Spritz executed several PR initiatives to highlight Scoma’s local presence and cultural
impact in the San Francisco community. Spritz also updated Scoma’s website to optimize
for SEO efforts. To increase digital visibility, Spritz implemented social media and email
marketing strategies to grow and engage Scoma’s follower base. Spritz coordinated special
events, strategic partnerships, and creative support to create an immersive 50th
anniversary event and experience.
Spritz grew Scoma’s social audience by over 200% in 24 months, from 2,269 to 4,575. In a
six month span, Spritz secured over 6.6 million media impressions leading up to the
50th anniversary celebration. Organic search results improved traffic from 58,000+ sessions
over 3 months to as many as 250,000+ monthly sessions. Scoma’s 50th anniversary event
was a success with presentation of an official city proclamation, attendance of consul
generals, and a video social media contest.
