Brand the venue for an international conference within 3 weeks and design
conference marketing materials.
Spritz drew inspiration from science fiction, Bay Area scenery, and Google’s distinct branding
to create an immersive experience for conference attendees. Hand-selected lighting & decor to
compliment customized signage. Given the international flavor of the conference, Spritz
created country-specific and culturally relevant items to accommodate and celebrate the
Despite the tight timeframe, Spritz designed and produced the materials in advance of the
deadline. Items included personalized name/country badges & lanyards, room signage, pop-up
banners, step-and-repeat, table signs, and more. To match the office’s outer space theme, the
Spritz team also created original wall vinyls of iconic spaceships Millennium Falcon and
Starship Enterprise. Additional Spritz decor touches included window clings, pillows, prayer
rugs, LED uplighting, and a handmade post-it wall. Spritz coordinated production, delivery,
and installation & breakdown of all elements.
